By using Writify.tools, you agree to use our tools responsibly and legally. We provide the tools "as is" without warranties. You own all content you create. Don't abuse the service or use it for illegal purposes.

By accessing or using Writify.tools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Writify.tools provides AI-powered text transformation tools including AI text humanization, rewriting, pattern removal, paragraph formatting, and script conversion. All processing occurs client-side in your browser.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not use the Service to create harmful, deceptive, or illegal content
  • Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Not use automated systems or bots to access the Service excessively

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Results that meet your specific requirements

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WRITIFY.TOOLS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

7. Rate Limits and Fair Use

Free users are subject to rate limits (currently 50 transformations per hour). We reserve the right to modify these limits or restrict access to users who abuse the Service.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
